Internal Audits
Quality Concepts, Inc. is pleased to offer the auditing services.
Internal audits will include the following activities:
- Determine the processes and / or procedures to audit.
- Using this data, develop an internal audit schedule based on the status and importance of the activities being audited.
- Using Client procedures and audit forms, conduct internal audits based on your documentation, processes and past audits at you facility.
- Interview relevant your personnel and document findings, observations and gather objective evidence of the activity being audited.
- Analyze findings and determine compliance with procedures, documented company processes and relevant ISO clauses. This will also include observations of any opportunities for improvement.
- Generate audit reports summarizing the audit findings, as needed. Present the audit findings / reports to Client Management.
- When nonconformities are discovered, write up appropriate corrective actions using your forms and protocol.
- Present the corrective actions to the appropriate personnel for implementation.
- Follow up the corrective actions for effectiveness.
Supplier Audits
QCI offers supplier audits which, will include the following activities:
- Determine the scope of the audit to be performed.
- Using this data, develop an internal audit schedule based on the status and importance of the activities being audited.
- Using your procedures and audit forms, conduct suppler audits based on client documentation and processes.
- Interview relevant supplier, personnel and document findings, observations and gather objective evidence of the activity being audited.
- Analyze findings and determine compliance with procedures, documented company processes and relevant QMS clauses. This will also include observations of any opportunities for improvement.
- Generate audit reports summarizing the audit findings, as needed. Present the audit findings / reports to your Management.
- When nonconformities are discovered, write up appropriate corrective actions using Client forms and protocol, if requested
